DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY: Renters 4 You showed me a condo 1280 West and promised me certain amenities. The lease didnt reflect ammenities and they would not return my deposit. Renters 4 You showed me a condo 1280 West and promised me utilities and assigned parking. The lease didnt reflect ammenities and they would not return my deposit. I was promised assigned parking and utilities. Living in a condo as a single woman it is so important to know where I park and have guaranteed parking so it plus utilities was a plus to me. When I read through the lease non of the perks I was told was in there. They refused to change it and refused to return my $1540.00 deposit. They won't return my calls or email. I spoke with the owner Dave Farrell himself then suddenly he disappeared.
