I would not recommend this facility. The owner kept my security deposit claiming I did not provide written notice 10 days prior to moving out. I gave him my notice face-to-face 15 days before moving out. He also RENTED my unit at the beginning of the next month, but still kept my deposit because I didn't give it to him in writing. He made double rent that month. He looks for every way he can to make a buck off people.

I think the J Lindsey needs to read his/her lease - it says that the notice needs to be in writing. And I would bet that if J Lindsey would have reasoned with the owner he would have been fair. Anyway, I have rented for the last 2 winters and have just signed a lease for my 3rd winter and have had no issues. The owner is always available and always pleasant. I would recommend Tuckaway to anyone!
