Pikeside Auto is the BEST car service company my family has done business with in years. We have had our three cars serviced with them since they opened three years ago. They have solved car problems others could not at a reasonable price. we have a Kia, Honda and a Ford. They have serviced all with no problem. They treat people right, pricing is fair and better than most, they are good, and they are HONEST. If there is a problem (seldom) they take care of it. We live in North Connecticut and drive 30 miles to take our cars there - it is well worth it. They are busy with regular customers but they will make room for you. All their customers can not be wrong. We are not! A good and honest mechanic is like gold - we were lucky to be referred to them - by another happy customer and we are happy to do the same.

Finally! There is a place I can go and not worry about having an unpleasant experience. I have been a customer for 2 years now. They honor the warranty for my car and I could not be happier. Everyone is friendly, funny, and pleasant to chat with. Honest, hardworking; you could not ask for anything better! Never a disappointment!

Pikeside Automotive in Westfield Mass is my place for Used Car Sales and for Auto Repairs. WHY -- because they are decent, honest people you can talk to who will work with you, explain what has to be done and why. They do excellent, reliable work at a reasonable price and you can count on them to do what they say WELL. This is the place to go for cars and to get cars fixed right. These guys are just plain GREAT.

This is NOT a recommendation but rather a COMPLAINT. Pikeside has caused nothing but trouble for my partner and I. We originally went in needing a simple, cheap part replaced and installed. We were drawn in due to the cheaper estimates we received from them as opposed to the much more expensive estimates from other businesses. However, the estimate given to us was incorrect and nowhere close to what we were charged in the end. The girl who gave us the estimate and charged us was also rude when confronted about the price differences, despite having two separate witnesses who heard an entirely different estimate. The 12 month warranty we purchased apparently isn't truly a warranty seeing as the part we JUST got fixed last month is already broken again and we were told they won't fix it under warranty unless we purchase yet another part (for around $170)-- or purchase another warranty for the next time it breaks (which, seeing how it's gone so far, I have no doubt will be soon). They are dishonest, unprofessional and rude. Being a young customer is absolutely NO reason to try and pick one's pockets for every last possible penny. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and I can assure everyone I will never come back here for any kind of service.
