Do NOT give your money to Sunday Kitchen & Bath under ANY circumstance! Our rep was 90 min LATE to the measurement appointment; FAILED to email plans on time (10 days late); repeatedly FAILED to call when he said he would; NEVER gave us any vendor info so we could choose granite and bathroom fixtures after saying he would. Oh, he talked a great game up front but NEVER followed through on anything. He demanded full payment up front and said we might get money back if costs were lower than allowances. Problem is that he used DECEPTIVE practices about actual costs, marking up every time by 50 to 100%. His shower door quote was $2,200 installed; same exact door from same company was $1,290 installed when I called them directly. His tile quote was $900; same exact tile was $380 when I called another vendor directly. He definitely did not have our best interests at heart. Our rep FAILED to tell us that the porcelain shower tile he chose is 20% absorptive of water when the preferred ANSI standard is less than 1 percent for being impervious. We would have had serious water problems in very little time. When we called him on his lies, up-charges, and LACK OF INTEGRITY, he got defensive and dismissive. He never apologized or showed remorse. To make things worse, he claimed that "we were difficult to work with" and "demanding." Yeah, only when he got scared because we were onto his cheating game and lies and deceit. Sunday Kitchen & Bath is NOT a member of the Better Business Bureau!
