Do not use this lawyer. He will take your money and provide incorrect services intentionally. I asked for assistance in having contact with my daughter and with child support in arrears. He was able to provide one Skype call a week with my daughter. Just for reference, when I represented myself in court, I was able to get two Skype calls a week and in-person visitation. I am not a lawyer. My drivers license was suspended for the arrears, he was able to get me driving privileges in New Mexico. I do not live in New Mexico and without in-person visitation with my daughter in that state, this was an absolute waste of time, money, and resources. Further, he, nor his office, will give any information on upcoming court hearings, which caused me to miss two. Please, spend your money wisely on another lawyer.
