Had a horrible experiance with this company, he doesnt warranty his work and lies about the transaction agreement. Was quoted 65.00 a wheel when Bullmack powder coating would do it for 40.00. Renegotiated to 60.00 a wheel and that transaction would need to be spread out over time. Rob agreed then came back later asking for 65.00 after the job was done, I paid him 60.00. I used him because of convinience and paid him in cash, next time ill use another company. After wheels were mounted, I had my drivers side rear wheel start chipping due to bonding failure. Took it to Rob who refused to fix the wheel and blamed it on everything but poor craftsmenship. Said I hit a curb etc etc, but the wheel doesnt have road rash and I never hit a curb. The wheel is losing paint due to weather (every time it rains more powder is coming off, Chipping all around wheel in different areas). Horrible customer service, Rob doesnt understand that the customer is always right. Its the only wheel out of four that is losing powder. Will never use him again and recommend people steer clear of this company for powder coating needs. If you want photos of my issue with the problem wheel, please email me at [email protected].

I had a wonderful experience with Off Duty and Robert. They were very helpful and took time to explain options and answer my questions.Their coating work was professional, virtually flawless and I would not hesitate to recommend them to those who need powder coating or blasting. I will definatley use them again.
