I wasn't happy w/the $95-139 hourly rates, not knowing what kind of person I'd be dealing with or what kind of service I'd be receiving, so I started calling RV campsites & asking for suggestions. More than just 1 campsite recommended James @ Advanced RV Solutions. James truly is an awesome man! He is not only reasonable, he goes above and beyond his "call of duty". James doesn't just do a job, then grab your money and run. James wants to make sure you understand the parts/labor cost, he fully explains what he has done & what to expect, he is ready and willing to answer ANY questions even if they have nothing to do with the work he has performed. It is very obvious he cares about his customers. There is no questioning his honesty, integrity or knowledge. Ray & I are very pleased w/his work. And anybody that knows us...knows we can be a bit "picky".
