BUYERS BEWARE! My visit to BIZWOP cost $350 and left me with thousands of documents that needed converted to Word, no audio, no Internet access, and an improperly installed harddrive. I am not sure if the technicians are incompetent or taking adavantage of unsuspecting customers. My bill was paid in full, yet the owner chased me out of the shop and refused to finish my job, when I returned to get Internet access. This left me without Internet for days. The technicians also exposed to me serious security risks by taking my old harddrive without telling me or wiping it clean. I will not be returning to BIZWOP and caution you, too. Safeguard your confidential files and watch out for the owner! He has a very short fuse!
