Patrick was very responsive to our initial inquiry and seemed to understand the time sensitivity of our project. We paid in advance and were promised that the job would be complete in two weeks time however after four weeks of promises we have received nothing but false promises. Now we are having to start over with another surveyor and pursue legal action to get our fees back. Very disappointing.
