He took the time to explain some of the things he could successfully do and some of the things he could not do. Grateful for him giving us his first class service, windows are clean along with all the rails & screens cleaned. He was considerate considering the windows are over due to be replaced. I would definitely recommend Donovan & plan to use Gleeming View again. Tracy helped me on the phone and was awesome. Got Charles over here to clean out my gutters (and he was fantastic too) in a very short time and at very reasonable rates. I often don't bother with giving recommendations, but these folks deserve it.

Before Tim and Donovan cleaned away the very stubborn hard water mineral deposits on our windows, our view was definitely not gleaming. Donovan was very meticulous and thorough getting the stains off, as well as cleaning the inside surface of the windows. Now we can look out as our new landscaping project progresses and not have it spoiled by those nasty mineral deposits.
