Seeking early help tends to keep problems from becoming overwhelming. Marital counseling can improve each partner's understanding of the other, enabling communication to become more open and gratifying. As a therapist, I focus not just on what is broken in a relationship, but also what is working well. I also offer premarital counseling for engaged couples. We will talk about your hopes, fears, dreams; what makes marriages successful, and what are signs of marital stress. I also offer coaching services to other small busines owners, such as other therapists, dieticians, etc.
