In May of 1995 Master Rodriguez decided to open his own school in Port Henry, New York and named it Moriah Martial Arts Center. On August 18th, 1995, Master Rodriguez received his 1st Degree Black Belt through the TransAmerican Taekwon-Do Federation. On June 15th, 2004 Master Rodriguez accomplished one of his goals by testing and receiving his 4th Degree Black Belt through the TransAmerican Taekwon-Do Federation.
