Double opt-in email lists are compiled by receiving permission from companies to send out e-surveys to their customers asking them to join lists as well as asking them to confirm their demographic information such as name, address, income level, etc. Once this information is received back, they are asked if they would like to receive offers from other companies that match their interests. When they reply back to that email they become a verified opt-in record.

Typically we see .01 % - 5% open rate and/or 5% - 10% click through rate; on B2C data and 5% - 20% open rate and/or 5-15% click through rate on B2B data.
