Worst experience imaginable. Had deck built, Asked Russ how long it would take. I know nothing about carpentry. Was told, with 3 guys a day or so. Labor cast $1825.11. Actual work time, 2 guys 3 1/2 hours. 7 hours labor total. Work was shoddy. Sun shade supporter not anchored to the ground. Didn't follow specifications. When I complained about being deceived on labor cost his response was, he didn't get out of bed for less than $100.00 per hour. Would not recommend using them to build a doghouse.

To be fair to JAGR, I had a job for Rick Setser and he was the worst customer EVER. The whole time I was bidding the job he talked about cheap pricing. Then once I did the job he complained the whole time that I didn't do things that were options within my bid. After I did throw in a few things to appease him, he still complained. He also lives in Prescott in his 2nd home, driving his new Audi and Harley. He is cheap, unruly and a downright unpleasant person to deal with. Ive seen JAGR around for many years and I personally know 2 of his customers and they are very happy. Please don't let this bad review sway your decision.
