Absolutely AWFUL customer service! I do not recommend attempting to work with this company, unless you want to block off an entire day of your life waiting around for them as well as deal with complete disrespect, sarcasm and being spoken to like you're an idiot. I have worked with a couple different appliance repair providers and never had such a TERRIBLE experience as I did with this one.

sour grapes. Lacy, you think that the service profession only comes when you snap your fingers. i have to schedule 7 calls a day and i constantly get calls to reschedule,etc. i put my route together the day before and text my clients a two hour window. you cannot work within that frame work so you have to try to pull me down and i have not even gone to your house to fix your appliance thru the property management since you are renting your house. you only know me thru texting and here. don't be a negative nelly.

Joe Hudson knows what he is doing. Several very positive attributes hew works by appointment Mon - Sat. Sat a real plus. Had our stove hood back in operation in less than 10 minutes. I will use him whenever we need repairs on appliances in our home. It is a real pleasure to have someone come in, know what they are doing and get it done. Good job! Bill & Carol
