Try city sanitation empties my trash once a week at my condo. They did not empty my trash yesterday. I called to let the office know that my trash was not emptied. I was told that sometimes customers fill up their trash bins after it has been emptied and then call to get their trash bins emptied again. I was told that I would have to wait until next week even though my trash bin was full and not emptied. I can't believe a business would call their customers liars when an issue arises.

We had used Tri County Sanitation for a few years. On a couple different occasions they missed our can. This last week our can was missed. We understand mistakes happen. We called the office to make them aware of the issue. We were told by the office manager, Rebecca, that they would review the camera on the truck and be in touch. She called back to report that the "route manager" stated that our can was not pushed out to the curb. However, our can was rolled out the night before. We asked to see the video or speak with the "route manager". This was all denied. We again asked, that since our trash was missed, could they please come and pick it up since we pay for weekly service. She said they would not pick it up. Rebecca was unprofessional and rude. We cancelled our service, not because of the missed trash. We cancelled due to the poor customer service interaction with Rebecca.

I have been unable to get anyone to call me back concerning a problem I am having. I've left four messages today. My trash was not picked up (the driver and the person on the back of the truck just looked at me while driving by). They stopped a few houses down from me when I yelled at them, looked at me, and left. When I called their number I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. I was told that the supervisor and the owner were sent texts each time I called. I asked for the owner's or a supervisor's number and was told that's not how they handle things. I asked for a web site and the lady said she didn't know it. Still waiting for an answer.

excellent service since day 1.
I would recomend Tri-County Sanitation to anyone who wants a dependable and friendly trash service.

I have never taken the time to write a recommendation for any service provide before, probably because I pretty much felt like the service I received was good, and I was getting what I paid for, or it wasn't satisfactory at all. But, I just sat down to pay some bills and when I began to write the check to cover my Tri-County Sanitation payment, I started thinking about what an awesome company they are, really! I want companies like this one to prosper. The price is amazingly low, they have real customer service (On one occasion, they even sent a truck back by my house when it had slipped my mind to take the trash out to the road!), and they are always here to pick up, even on days when the weather has been awful. Also, my husband and I on several occasions, after having cleaned out the garage, put a bunch of miscellaneous items out by our trash can and they picked up all that stuff too, everything! I've been so impressed with them! The company I was using before I switched to Tri-County Sanitation failed to show up several times and they were even charging me over double what I pay now. I would absolutely recommend them, especially in this day and age when quality companies and employees are scares. The've got my vote!

Horrible experience dealing with a woman named Rebecca (the only person I could get on the phone). I'm waiting on the general manager Vinney Loy to contact me. My can was thrown and broken by the driver, she called me a liar. I was so taken aback that I didn't know what to say and hung up on her. I cancelled my service and went elsewhere. All of my neighbors (for miles!) use the competing company. The other company is more expensive, so that says a lot about their customer service if people are willing to pay extra to avoid them. I am hoping for a much better experience with vinney. Rebecca claimed she was the only one I could speak to. Thank god for this site and the fact that I found his contact information. Avoid this place like the plague folks.

I was experiencing a problem/confusion on my bill. The people answering the phones were polite and helpful, but told me I needed a call back from the owner. When I did receive the call, Vinney Loy (the owner/manager) was a joy to speak with, and handled my problem with care. He even offered solutions to benefit my situation. I highly recommend Tri-County Sanitation.
