Richie's, Authentic Puerto Rican Cuisine, is a family owned and operated restaurant located in Clermont, Florida specializing in Puerto Rican food. If you are craving the the island's savory meals, those hard to find fritters and home-made desserts, you are encouraged to visit Richie's. Richie's food is entirely fresh. Our "sofrito" is made fresh in our kitchen, our "tostones" are peeled from green plantains and fried on a daily basis, as well as our sweet plantains. Our "alcapurrias" are fresh made and fried at our customers request. We use fresh herbs and spices. We are located on West 192, Four Corners area, across the street from Summer Bay Resort, and between the Inn Nova and Inn at Summer Bay and only 15 minutes from Disney.
