After hiring the wrong licensed contractors a few times and being stagnated for nearly six months I began hating my home and was ready to leave the freaking state. This guy is the best handyman my wife and I have ever hired. He is very respectful, he really works hard and tries his best to keep all his customers satisfied. He was a great find. We have been using him since 2005. He has proven to be better than all the plumbers, electricians and carpenters that we have ever hired. He is a master of his craft and like the young lady said earlier he is very trustworthy. We don't ever have to worry about something being missing or misplaced Charles is very honest and responsible. I live long distance but I own a few rental properties throughout the Atlanta and Cobb County area. Charles has been my go to guy for all of my repairs and home remodeling needs for the past seven years. He is very trustworthy, honest, reliable, tech-savvy and always on the cutting edge. I do not have to be there or have some there to watch him because I have the up most confidence in his professionalism and workmanship. He sends me pictures and updates me by text so that I am always aware of the progress. His scope is way beyond just a handyman, he used to be a contractor and it shows. I highly recommend him.

Ugh... Trust me, as a newly divorced single mom I was very careful who I hired. I liked Charles immediately. His reviews were good so I hired him, GOING ON FOUR MONTHS AGO. He told me my jobs would take two weeks so I went out of town for three. Came back to barely anything done. I mistakenly paid him in advance. Yes, I'm an idiot for that but I trusted him. He has since given me three deadlines that aren't even close to being met. He is in poor health and has a horrible work ethic. Everyday it's an excuse. As much as I wanted to believe he would finish my projects he hasn't and he's not going to. I had to fire him and now I have to take him to Small Claims Court.

I am highly satisfied with the service I received from The Better Tradesman (Handyman Services). They were extremely knowledgeable and contained an incredible amount of overall handyman talent. As a first time homeowner, I am a bit anxious about pursuing home improvement projects on my own. Criminal Handyman!!! He agreed on one price in writing then refused to complete the work the unless he got more money. I should have read the other real reviews. I was ripped off for over 1000.00 when i refused to be extorted.
