We have been in business since 2005 and have trained women and men around the world to pole dance. This is a great workout but mostly it's a fun class to take. Our instructors are certified in group fitness in addition to pole dance certfication by nationally recognized programs. We take your fun as well as your safety seriously! We have locations in Chicago Heights and Frankfort!
