I'm a naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist and sound healer. I utilize herbs, supplements and other techniques to bring your body/spirit back to health. My goal as a physician is to find the root cause of your disease. I utilize lab testing, Chinese diagnostic techniques and applied kinesiology when appropriate. My focus is also in patient counseling and education. I want to give you the tools and knowledge to better take care of your body, mind soul and spirit. I want to be your personal health and wellness coach, giving you the tools to make choices every day that will help rejuvenate and restore your health and vitality. I practice and training is broad including herbs, supplements, nutrition, exercise therapeutics, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, sound healing, qi gong, acupuncture, moxabustion, tui-na (Chinese massage), cupping and counseling. This allows me to formulate treatment plans that are very individualized and specific to you!
