I called Genie Air and spoke to someone named Robert, he was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. When I called he answered the phone with an attitude demanding to know why I was calling and would not answer if I called the correct number. I will never use this company and would not recommend them to anyone else. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
