Stay away! Everything people are warning you about is true. Next to impossible to contact them, they do not return calls unless prompted by groupon of whoever. When I finally did get to talk to Natasha there was a phone ringing in the background with an answering machine which answered the call and the volume was nice and loud so I could hear another customer complaining. Well anyway after setting up the appointment and having to wait 3 or 4 weeks getting ready for them having my husband move some heavy items out of their way the big day arrived in one hour the will be here.....then the phone rang....guess what.....there is no way they can make it due to staffing issues....ha ha I am a sucker...she owns the so called buisness she made the appointment. She was going to come clean she is the one with not one good review so she wants me to reschedule. Hell No. I just want my money back and I want to warn you!

HAPPY AND VERY UNHAPPY. I purchased two house cleaning certificates (1-3 hour and 1-2 hour) through Livng Social. I was very pleased with the first cleaning. The woman did an exceptional cleaning my home. HOWEVER, I have not been able to reach anyone via phone (the mailbox has been full for days and days) and no one has responded to my email to schedule the second cleaning.
