Hope you don't have any problems with any product you buy from them.. they are unwilling to make anything right if you do.. so just find a company that will make you first as a customer. And appreciate you as one and Will back what they sale

NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY.........I would love to be contacted by this owner as my experience was not good with his online chat staff or over the phone customer service. I have a 1978 Dodge Ram Truck w150 2 door 5.4 L 318 all i need is a Steering wheel.

I too would love to hear from Roman and volunteer to train his customer service staff. They are dreadful. After paying $1300 for new rims and tires I received defective merchandise and have been trying to get a replacement rim for almost 2 months. Every time I call I get pushed off another week and when I ask for something in writing from management, the manufacturer, anyone, who can guarantee me that SOMEDAY i'm going to get my merchandise they tell me I can't have anything other than their word. They will not give last names, extensions, they would not tell me managers names or the owners name. Very, Very shady. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Character is not made in a crisis, it is revealed.

I do not recommend anyone doing business with CARid. I provided make model and year for wheels and received wheels that don't fit. Horrible customer service. I sent pictures which clearly show the wheels don't fit but customer service won't exchange or refund. I called the wheel manufacturer and was told CARid sent the wrong wheels for my vehicle. They were never intended to fit my vehicle. I am filing a claim in court to get this resolved. I am amazed to see an internet sales company so shady. Their success is dependent upon customer trust in the companys integrity. I don't expect them to be in business long.

Do not do business with this site. I ordered 3 parts and then canceled 2 hours later. I talked to customer " care" and they sent me a canceled order email. Told me I would get a refund on my $350 that they already took out of my bank account. After 4 days they shipped me the products that I did not want. Called again and they put me on hold for 33 min. The guy gave me a fake name and told me he would take care of it. I woke up the next day and called UPS and they confirmed, the packages are still on there way. No one called them to hold the packages. Carid.com are a bunch of con artist trying to pawn themselves off as a real company.DO NOT DO business with them I have no products and yet they still have all my money. Thieves

This company is a complete scam site! I ordered tail lights for my truck. I broke busted mine so I thought instead of paying $900 for one stock tail light, ill just upgrade to some aftermarket ones. So I ordered the RECON LED tails light ($499). They came in the mail and was the wrong ones. The wiring harnesses did not match. One was round the stock was square. A 5th grader would know those 2 would not fit. So I never even tried to install them. I called both companies immediately and and they said there was not adapter to make them fit and to just return them. Sounds easy right....Well a week and a half later I call to see if they got the light. It went back to the manufacture (RECON) and CARiD said they were used and would not refund me my money. I emailed and called over and over. They finally said that they had a picture of the lights and they were badly damaged. I NEVER even took the second one out of the package. And the first one I just looked at it and put it back in the box. There was NO damage to these at all. I asked for a picture. They sent me a picture of this taillight that looked like someone smeared dirt all over it and created micro scratches, which is something I did not do and was not in that condition when I mailed the back. They said RECON was mailing them back to me and there would be no refund. Well 3 weeks later. They never even sent the lights back to me and will not respond to my emails. THEY STRAIGHT UP STOLE $500. DO BUY FROM CARiD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered Wheel and Tires and was told 5-10 days for shipment. On the 18th day I called(Instead of CARID Calling me) to get a status on my order and they said sorry we forgot to let you know we need to change your tire. Nobody! ever emailed or called me to correct the order or apologize. It's been the worst experience I've gone through so far in ordering anything online.
Roman if you have customer(s) spending over $1500 they should get better customer service. It's been 20 days and I'm still waiting on an update and a call back that was promised.
My advice to all my friends is not to purchase anything from CarID.

Horrible company, terrible customer service. Buy from them at your own risk. They won’t refund your money when they send you the wrong part. Buyer beware!!
