I take all tenant feedback seriously and pride myself on providing personal service. I live on the property as well and am directly affected by the same issues as my residents. My tenants enjoy their unique ability to contact their landlord directly via my personal phone. my car got broken into twice. There’s cameras but they didn’t do anything or help. Landlord is awful to deal with. Didn’t want me reporting my car getting broken into. She Takes advantage of young people. She Charged for things said they needed to be replaced. A friend of mine lives there now the things she charged us for were never replaced. Very rude to deal with. I work for a company that moved people out to Columbia now and will always tell them to stay away from this rental. I’m Currently seeking legal action. It’s a beautiful apartment but not worth the trouble of the crime in the area from the park or the trouble from the landlord.
