I don't feel like teaching is her strong suit. In my opinion she isn't a very good teacher & has a bit of an attitude problem, she comes off harsh as if you should know the material soon as you start I've never went to school for Medical billing & coding so it was like learning a new language! She doesn't have much patience, when you ask questions she will answer in a rude way again as if you should already know the material! I took her class & took the final exam & was told that I didn't need the book when it was time to look up Codes that you obviously wouldn't know unless you had the book "she stated , you don't need the book you should remember " how in the world I'm going to remember ICD codes with over a million different ones idk but she made me take my test without my book here is the kicker I went back I believe a month later to take my exam through the company instead of with her THEY DID NOT ALLOW YOU TO TAKE THE EXAM WITH OUT THE PROPER CODING BOOKS! If you didn't have your books you was not allow to take the exam , so that brings me back to why would she not set her students up for success? Why say we didn't need the book if we did ? I will never understand ! The exam was a open book test ! I feel as though it's about the money with her it's not about her enjoying teaching so me personally go somewhere else where your money would be worth it ! Cause this anit it the courses are like 1-4 months depending on what you pick that should have told me a lot but I am a mother just trying to figure out life for me & my family but this ISN'T the way to go ! And I neverrrrrr leave reviews but this may save someone time & the most important part your hard earned money ! And it is more to this review but I'm going to leave it on this note !

I was recommend this school to anyone who is entering the Medical Field , Ms. Davis is s kind Instructor who make sure her student know how to do it and the right way I studies Phlebotomy under her and I can tell you Ms. Davis will make sure you get this tools down before you start sticking clients, you start first with your fellow student in class then if no student in class you start on her. So keep up it Ms. Davis I take my hat off to you ..

I went to Pathway back in 2008 and I must say i would recommend any one to go there to receive medical training. Ms. Davis thoroughly goes over everything that you are learning from her and does help out with a lot of the medical training. I started working in a hospital 2 months after attending and graduating from her class and have been working in phlebotomy since. I am even thinking about going to get additional training for something else. Wonderful school!

GREAT! Mrs Davis is a wonderful instructor. I had the opportunity to take her phlebotomy course. I was so nervous in the beginning. She prepares you for success. With her, I never worried. She made sure I was given the tools I needed to succeed not only in the classroom but on my intern as well. She was always willing to wrk with me. I never felt rushed. I definitely recommend her classes if you are trying to enter the medical field. 5 stars.
