They are great i love the staff and the up front girl is not rude, maybe to someone that has an ugly attitude!! They don't charge for every thing its a business and they have their prices just like going to any other place. They have good instructors and the place is very nice!You should go bye they will make you come back because its that great their.

They have great instructors...... but the customer service sucks. They want to charge for everything, water, to the use the restroom, to use the toilet paper, to take care of kids, oh but they are not a daycare. They never sanitize the floors after each class, pure laziness if you ask me. They canceled class because it was sprinkling, but they said it was a tornado, they had said that they called all customers to let them know but i called friends and none of them were informed. The up front girl was so rude, and never smiled not even how was your day. They seem to only care about money. Horrible service don't go!!!!

Great instructors. Great customer service. I've been to many Zumba studios in the Austin area and I can say this is one of the best. They were friendly, polite and courteous. They DID NOT charge to use the restroom and things like that. They DO charge for bottled water though...like any other business. As for childcare, it is not the responsibility of ANY company to provide childcare for free. It's just common sense.
