Well apparently I have to click on a star or I can't hit the Post Review button Sheila was the worse 'tour guide' I have ever met up with. There were so many things done wrong I wrote a novel to the lady who set me up with this tour. Rachel was just one of us Sheila kept her head down looking at her phone all the time One game was played and it was all about her and her husband Louis and how they met. The questions were on how long they were married and where did they go on their honeymoon. That was it, back to her soaps for the rest of the trip We know it was her soap operas because hubby Louis yelled it out on how she could not miss her soaps Did not tell us when crossing state lines Mississippi River or where we were Not a clue as to where to stop for breaks or food A passenger, Rachel, and the driver worked together to find places to stop and eat after the Perkins fiasco. Most of the passengers ran across a four lane highway to eat at Wendy's or McDonalds. Louis got a complete pork chop meal at Perkins. Sheila did not interact with the group very much. Sheila was not ready with money for crossing the toll bridge She paid no attention to people getting on the bus and did not take count Sheila had family following the bus and spent time with the family. At least twice Sheila sat with her family while we ate. Were they part of our tour group? I don not think so but they seen several times at our pre paid meals I never saw Sheila with anyone from the group, she was too busy with her family Did not know which dock to go to at Soo Locks nor call ahead to get our tickets. Then blamed the workers at the locks for not having tickets for us. We did get on the boats Did not call ahead for tickets at another tour. Thankfully our tour guide for the city got them for us Gave bad information about a bus from the casino back to the hotel Kept us on the bus while chewing us out after she spent all day in town with her cousin. Only Louis, and maybe Sheila?, wanted to gamble. The rest of us wanted to go back to our rooms. Sheila yelled at the two people who asked to go back after everyone was done eating. Lots of people were witness to that Never called ahead to warn the people about restaurants being ready when we get there. Rachel did that Sheila left a lady behind at Meijer gardens After her normal count for the bus, while her head was down and watching her phone, we started to leave. Thankfully our driver saw her and stopped. A few others yelled out we were not all on board. No wheelchair at Fort Michilimackinac except for Louis, her husband . So one gal with a bad back stayed on the bus. Saw him running later while holding his came. He didn't need the wheelchair. Sheila was rude to most of us Room keys were a fiasco. On the way back Sheila was still mad about the gambling. She called names for our room keys and waited until they were off the bus before she called the next name. 2 room keys were missing and those people had to take care of it themselves Lied to us about no place to sit at Culvers - Louis, the husband, wanted to eat at Ruby Tuesday. Sheila said there was no room but when those of us who ate at Culvers got in we realised she just walked in the door, waited a moment and came out. Another tour bus came and they ate and were getting on their bus while we still waited for the Ruby Tuesday people to finish eating Louis, her husband, should NOT have been on this tour. He pretty much got a free ride on us. And they argued loud enough several nights that others heard them fighting So have to ask Sheila was on this tour for herself?
