Being "snowbirds," we only used Premier in the summer when we left for up north. We learned that put us at the bottom of the pole as far as our standing with them compared to those who used them all year. Even those of you who do use them all year should be aware of their character. We learned they were very minimalistic in taking care of our property while we were gone and when requested to do what was actually contracted for, we were told that we didn't deserve it because we were too cheap to use them all year. Also, we are closing on our house in a week and asked them to fine tune some things before for the new owners, they refused insulting us saying we are leaving a mess. My wife was an interior designer and prided herself, as well as took joy, in tending to our property. We cannot recommend Premier to our property's future owners or anyone else for that matter due to their lack of professionalism as well as any pride or even skill for what they do.
