My husband and I are not that familiar with warranty co. We recently purchased a home and found a leak under our kitchen sink... and bathroom, .. to our good fortune we were refereed to Drain Openers Plus. I spoke with the office one afternoon, and had an appointment scheduled for the next day....Mr. Phil was as professional and knowledgeable as could be. Checked under the cabinet and fixed the problem in no time...A true professional. Last Saturday, May 19th, 2013,I discovered a severe water line leak in my basement. My home owners warranty connected me with Drain Openers Plus. I called them and to my surprise they were open on a Saturday. I explained that I had to shut my water off completely to stop the leak. The man said that they normally only service the Winston Salem area on weekends but that he would make the trek down to Asheboro to help me (he said "I don't want to see anyone go without water"). He came, fixed the leak and was on his way. I am very appreciative of his service and recommend this company. Thank you Drain Openers Plus for going the extra mile (literally). V.Bentley

Phil Truitt immediately called me after I got in touch with my homeowner's warranty company, and worked around my third shift schedule to come out first thing in the morning the next day. Even though he was having to clean up after the first repairman my company sent, Phil was extremely thorough and efficient, not to mention punctual and professional! I highly recommend working with this company.

I Called my warranty company on 12/6/16 about a leaking hot water heater. He showed up in his personal car with a wrench in his back pocket, I honestly thought I was going to be robbed. Turns out I was right. After 3 visits, and multiple phone calls and text messages, Phil arrived with the new hot water heater two months later, trying to do a two person job by himself. There are not enough characters allowed for the details here, but let's just say it's March now, the new hot water heater is leaking, the wires are exposed, he stole the expansion tank, my hardwoods floors were damaged and he refused to return calls to me or the warranty company. A new plumber is coming next week, hoping for better service.

Very Disappointed. We moved into a new house, had a leak from top floor to lower level. After a second trip to our house Mr. Truitt acted very unprofessional and condescending towards us. He did find the leak from the bath spicket running down the pipes but refused to repair or cover with silicon saying "you're warranty doesn't cover that"! But I guess the warranty covered you doing absolutely nothing?? Worse customer service ever. Mr. Truitt sped out of our driveway angrily. Never again will we use Drain Openers Plus. Oh and by the way the bible verse on your business card is a complete joke when your attitude is so rotten.

omg were do I start Phil Truitt is so rude after many times to my house to fix a plumbing problem, he was very unprofessional rude, disrespectful, sunk like the worse smoker ever, just a complete a$$h*le, this guy is rude won't fix your problem and I have told all my neighbors to stay away from this guy thanks for nothing this guy lazy won't fix your problem at all complete waist of money calling this guy a complete loser, go suck it a$$h!!!!
