First off let me start out by saying this guy was the absolute nightmare!! Late over an hour ,driver damaged my car! Called and talked to the owner worst attitude very unprofessional refused to pay damages. Then charged my card for more than what i was told ....This guy will not be in business long with a operation like this!!! My advice call a diffrent tow truck!!

My wife broke down in a "bad" area of town. She called me crying,upset. Called mikes towing he said he would have someone there in 30 min.....we'll hour and a half later they finally get there (wife and kids sitting in 30* weather) driver gets out has my wife and kids get out of the car and stand on the side of the highway while he is loading the car driver had his girlfriend with him so they couldn't all fit had to call out a taxi. Damaged my front bumper cracks and doesn't line up anymore bent the rear exhaust tips and to top it off quoted on the phone 60 bucks got there charged 120 and would not explain why it doubled in price don't use this company not worth the headache
