I was rear ended on 11/6. I waited until 11/18 for an insurance adjuster to see my car. I did not here from Assigned Risk so I called on 11/25 and was told to call back on Dec. 3 because they were back logged and do not have any information ( its still being investigated).
Why is it taking so long to find out value of damages?
