Massachusetts Taekwondo Academy is a locally owned and operated martial arts training center in East Longmeadow that teaches Taekwondo principles to overcome obstacles using the body, but more importantly the mind and the spirit. Our Taekwondo programs prepare our students for success in school and in life by teaching respect, honesty, humility and perseverance while increasing self-confidence, concentration and self-control.
