Took my computer in for their free diagnostic cause it won't turn on. Turned out it, I accidently switch my power supply switch to 220V instead of 110V. I asked them I how do I owe you. They didn't charge me cause they said there was nothing really wrong with my PC so they didn't charge me. I went out of my way to write this review cause I thought this was honest of them. They could have charged me $100 buck and I would have have paid but they didn't. I would definitely come back again.
