Scheduled an appointment with Donna, his assistant almost a month in advance nearing close to tax deadline since they were so booked. A couple of days before our appointment she calls me to inform me that Allan aka AL, the tax accountant will not be able to meet me in person in which he'll only available through phone call or to reschedule if I want to meet him. I prefer to meet in person but I already asked my day off from work to get my taxes done so I opted the phone call. As the day comes I called Donna before my 6pm phone call appointment to ensure I'd be receiving a call from AL and she assures me he'll call although he may not be punctual since he's busy helping other clients and driving around. I understood but I told her as long as my taxes get done today I'm happy. As time goes on I received no call at 6pm & 7pm. I called around 7:30pm and goes straight to voicemail. At 8pm still no call and by 9pm I'm heading to bed with no call still. The next day I called Donna several times during regular business hours on a Thursday and straight to voicemail as if my phone number was blocked. I called with my work phone and it rings normally with eventually receiving the voicemail. That's when I realized I was stood up, cancelled, & forgotten with no explanation or apology. I wanted to do my taxes with AL because I was recommended by a vast majority of my coworkers. Seeing how unethical and unprofessional this business has treated me I'll never call them again and I'll inform all my coworkers about their actions & refer them to my new accountant who takes my time seriously & follows through by communicating properly.

Allan is a top notch tax guy. He has been filing my tax returns for 5 years. Allan is smart, professional and has assisted me with all my financial needs. My whole family is now using Allan and love they all love him.
