We offer martial arts classes from preschool to adult. Our training facility is fully-matted, sanitized daily and we use the safest training methods. Our traditional style is Korean Song Moo Kwan and is taught to all ages. Our Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is under the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association. We also offer Muay Thai (kicboxing) and FIT TO DEFEND™. Master Mattevi is a 7th Degree Black Belt in Song Moo Kwan and actively training since 1974.
