We installed our FireplaceXtrordinair 18 year ago in our new home. Just took it out. The two outside air ducts were not in place, ice froze on the inside of the 24 carat gold grill. Repeated calls, visits by your people, heating and air conditioning experts on-site examinations were not successful. Habitat for Humanity re-sale store has agreed to take it away. The very last thing you could do for us would be to place a tax valuation on this item. We originally paid about $3,000.00. The store "Hoosier Hearth" sold us the item. Please respond.
