They don't try to pressure-you into taking any apartments like most agencies and Landlords do If you have bad credit they work very hard into getting you approved for nice beautiful apartments in the area of your choice. and if they cant find you a unit in the area of your choice they do get you some place nice worth renting. Its not all about commission with them. Amanda was my leasing agent and she is absolutely wonderful. . On their site where it says to apply now you will see where they ask for the 40 fee..dream spot's charge a 1 time $40 app fee is nothing when a lot of Companies charge you over and over if you apply for different units Most companies charge 50 65 and IN the the nicer areas like Hyde Park they want way more Most of dream spots apts have a low move in fee or some even have no security. so paying 40 application fee is Great when you don't have to pay 1250 security and so on I will highly recommend dream spots to my family and friends and oh Leasing agent Vegus Senior is great to Keep up the Excellent work Ladies and Gents (: H_YOUNG https://www.dreamspotsleasing.com/about_us.html I give Dreamspots Woohoo!
