Open concept salon where there are no back rooms. Everything, included the bathing process, is out in the open. No crating during visit either.
My shampoos, conditioners, and facials are soap, salt, and tear free. Meaning they are also eco-friendly and won't wash away topical flea treatments. I don't crate dogs during their visit process unless there is a behavior issue. Dogs are allowed to play with each other on the grooming floor.
