I scheduled with ABQ Granite & More over a month ago to come and measure my cabinets for granite in our kitchen. The first time they just didn't show up, and the last 3 weeks they have rescheduled our appointment. When they cancelled again yesterday, that was it. They cancel appointments at the last minute, and have no respect for other people's time. Awful business.

I will start by saying their fabricators are good, they kept the fabricators when the bought the place in 2011 we had our kitchen done before it was sold and were happy with the final product. Dealing with the new owner is terrible. He is quiet possibly the worst business owner I've ever had to deal with. Customer service is nonexistent. They didn't show up twice for templates, then every time we were supposed to go by the shop to look at the stone with the template he was never there. The have some of the cheaper prices in town, but you better have a flexible job that is easy to take off work because they don't ever show up when they say they will.
