I bought a pocket juice so that I could travel on my motorcycle. unfortunately after i charged the juice and placed my phone on it to charge it crashed my granddaughters note 3. Thinking that something was wrong with her phone, not realizing it was the charger causing the issues. I then plugged my note 3 into the pocket juice. once again causing not only mine but my granddaughters note 3 to no longer be able to charge. the batteries are fine but the board that connects to allow the phone to charge to the battery is now fried. I have tried speaking to this company for the last few days. always being told how would I know it was their product. and being hung up on. well as I told them I am out 2 phones and had to purchase a go phone just to finish my travels. I told them If i have to I can plug it up to the go phone and show whats going on. Verizon also got on the phone with them and they were just as rude to them as they were with me. no one could tell me corporate's number or email. yet today a man claimed I was speaking to someone in corporate. he wants me to mail the product to them so that they can claim nothing is wrong with their product. because once out of my hands I would no longer have the proof. POCKET JUICE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS... ONLY THEIR MONEY!!!!!
