Your business at 9th ave. bingo is ran by a terrible manager that makes mistakes and bad judgment calls. He appeares to be a good manager with the books and all but he is also the worst with customer relations, especially when he falsly accused me ( a very loyal, ''from day one'' paying non cheeting customer) of cheeting without first asking me my side of the story, in fear of a black woman claiming racial discrimination against your establishment, when in fact I was the one discriminated upon by my own race. I was banned from this establishment for 30 days for adjusting some of the many features on my machine. I have never cheeted, and to be called one by ( Mary Mac ) miss. cheeter E.O.Y. and accused of by Gary M.I.C. is and was an insult and a direct attack of my character and if this is how you treat your loyal players then no wander why your business is a failure. By the way I am glad that Miss. Cheeter E.O.Y. is finished with her dishonest year of free bingo that you gave to her. I recommend a full investigation into the kind of business that you are advertising and running!
