This landlord is a slum Lord. The repairs he does are never sufficient. It always wind up happening again. Any problem you have when he rejoined an apartment? The super we have does not clean this garbage pile in the backyard and in the garbage area. We have rats and festation, and there's never no hot water. And when they supposed to give heat , they never give heat. The super does not live in the building. He has a bunch of other people living in the building basement apartment. There's always different people coming in and they don't clean the inside of the building. It's just nasty nasty nasty. The worst landlord I have had living here in 35 years..
