My husband ordered a shadow box in September 2012 and he has not received it yet as of February 22 2014. We have sent constant emails about either delivering the product or a refund and he keeps giving us numerous excuses and promises of delivery and it never happens. My husband just sent an email requesting a refund because we are done with it. After seeing the other reviews it looks like we are just going to have to take legal action, we will also contact the BBB and the Air force Times to publish an article about his business to keep this from happening to someone else.
