Do not buy from this sleazy equipment company!! There policy is "as is, where is" That's fine for used equipment. I had them put a new hydraulic thumb on an excavator I purchased. First it was supposed to be welded on for free, until I bought it. Now they want $175.00 to weld it on, sorry we charge now! The hydraulic hoses they made up came apart at the fitting. the hose was not put in all the way before they crimped the end. They never adjusted the hydraulic pressure on the thumb, I bent the ram picking up a rock the first day I had the machine. Brand new thumb, improperly installed, overcharged 300.00 over publishes list price from manufacture, charged 175.00 for something that was supposed to be done for free. I now have a brand new bent thumb that was installed wrong. And they won't do anything. Remember, as is where is! Now the delivery, It took 2 weeks from when I paid for the machine to when it was delivered. Everyday they had a different excuse, trying to get it into the shop for the thumb, trying to arrange shipping, I will never have anything to do with this company again!
