Umbris provides photography services to clients from across the United States, as well as Canada, Germany, Spain, The United Kingdom, The Netherlands and Egypt. In 2007, we expanded our services to include architectural, product, trade show and corporate event photography. In 2011, we added time lapse photography for certain markets, including the trade show industry. Umbris continues to innovate to keep abreast of emerging media technology and market trends. Umbris is entirely focused on business-to-business (B2B) services, providing magazine-quality commercial images for marketing, advertising and editorial use. We place the highest regard on image quality, on-time delivery and client satisfaction. We have adopted a proven, repeatable process for shoot preparation, lighting, photography, archiving, post processing and delivery. By following this process, we are able to eliminate unpleasant surprises and to-date have not had any clients who have expressed any dissatisfaction with our services, or who have rejected proofs, or requested a refund or a re-shoot. Most of our clients have expressed delight with our services, and many of them are repeat customers. We approach every project as a stakeholder, striving for superior results and a compelling value proposition. We believe that every photograph should tell a story.
