Mr. White came to my door yesterday, having just completed a job on my street. Although my husband and I had known for some time that our house needed painting, we were putting it off until I finished school and found employment, so I was not interested. However, without being pushy Mr. White won me over with his cute Irish accent and his keen observations, attention to detail, knowledge, and honesty. I hurriedly contacted my husband and obtained his agreement to have Mr. White power wash my house that day and paint the next. This morning Mr. White and his crew appeared just before the promised time and did a wonderful job of assisting me in color selection and making my house beautiful. They didn't leave until I had inspected their work several times. They were careful to effect all the little finishing touches I requested and even some that they saw that I didn't. It was clear that the men enjoyed each other's company and their work. They each knew their assigned tasks and worked joyfully together, making the work almost play while doing a masterful job of it. By the time they left just before 4:00, I had not only a repaired and restored house with a whole new look but a group of new friends. I have nothing but positive feelings about the entire experience.
