Just wanting to share with you a warning when working with Smart Choice Towing, an advertiser that displayed a bbb logo in a recent adv that I saw in your paper. The bbb is following up on a complaint I made in his employee receiving $200.00 cash in advance for a job on my vehicle in which I was given a receipt on the companies receipt book. This took place in Oct. 2011 and by Thanksgiving 2011 the owner, Xavier had decided to drop all communication or attempts at a refund as a resolution. A copy of my revised complaint with bbb is below; as I was appalled this individual is still in the business of making revenue without a return of mine.
