Would give them 0 stars if I could. I was on a joint lease with two other people yet they chose to charge only ME with "damage" fees which were outrageous and false. It totaled to $2,705. They charged me $1200 in late fees during a pandemic and I had to contact the attorney generals office to get them to take that off because it was illegal to charge during that time. The rest of the fees were outrageous. They charged me $900 for paint and $500 for a door my roommate had already replaced. They've used awful language with me, ignored my calls and emails, and entered the house multiple times without a notice. once we moved in we realized the house was falling apart and even had roaches. They are just money hungry slumlords who shouldn't be allowed to work with the public.
