The best shop in Bonham for body shop work. Incredible service and work! Friendly and helpful personnel! I'd never take my vehicle anywhere else.

Do not go to this shop!!! They had my car August 6, 2019 to October 14, 2019 Challenger 2016 to fix minor hail, rock chips including windshield & door ding to quarter panel. After several weeks got it back & turned right around to return it again because I got home & still seen hail & rock chips & shadow in the paint job on the door ding spot. Several more weeks go by & I took it home & noticed windshield was set wrong, texture in paint was wrong & all my seals rear & front windshields & passenger door had paint on them because someone was sloppy & didn’t do it right. Plus several other things but the biggest was the paint color was WRONG. I took it back 4 working days later when he said he had every seal there & it would be fixed with no delays (4-5 days @ the longest) 3 weeks later I finally got it back today & still issues!!! This shop told me lies after lies with no communication without my insurance person having to be the one to call to try to find out about it. This guy Brad said everyone’s human & they make mistakes. After 3 tries with it worse then it started, I now say they are not making mistakes they are just not capable of doing of doing a quality job. I could go on & on about the horrible customer service. I was screwed because insurance said they had to fix the mistakes but enough is enough & I’m not being picky according to them. Oh, they do get 1 star because they fixed the dog scratches (that I would of paid for twice if they would of communicated)
