DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!! This location is owned by the same person who owns The Puppy Stop off of E. Colonial in orlando. My husband and I were sold a 12 week old miniature schnauzer on January 14th 2012 and on February 6th 2012 had to put him to sleep due to a Liver Shunt that caused violent seizures. I still have not received the breeding papers on my puppy. I am currently being given the run around by the owner Charles because he doesn't want to refund my money even though we have all of the necessary paperwork required. We have gone back to the location twice since Monday. Once on Wednesday where we waited 2.5 hours to hear back from the owner and again on Thursday...my husband waited 3 hours. We have heard back once from the owner stating we needed additional paperwork to receive a refund which we have acquired. He again will not return our phone calls. We are not the first people this has happened to and I want to make sure we are some of the last by tring to cripple his business. If you search The Puppy Spot in orlando on yelp and google you will find many negative reviews and I want to make sure that since these two locations are run by the same people that this location is also put on blast. I have created several different networking accounts under the same name in my efforts to get this information out to the public. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Burea, The ASPCA, and Channel 9 news and plan to contact many more agencies about this situ
